As your coach, my goal is to help YOU DEFINE who YOU are! Through my SIGNATURE DEFINE mindset method you will learn how to anchor to your inner purpose as an educator and leader inside and outside of the classroom! The best part is there are three pathways to make this happen!

Here's how the 1 on 1 experience works...
01.
The first step will be to set up an introductory call to learn more about your goals and desires! From there, we will set up weekly or biweekly virtual sessions to target your goals!
02.
Each week we will review action steps from the week prior, discuss roadblocks and solutions to those hurdles. You will also have access to coaching via What’s APP for on-going support as needed outside of our coaching call.
03.
At the end of each call we will discuss and identify aligned action steps for you to take during the week before the next call. Then you’ll take what you have learned and implement it in the classroom (and your life) for the week!
