It is probably no surprise that I have been a little less consistent lately on the podcast, and in this episode I share why. I call this my season of being consistently inconsistent! It’s been a season of ups and downs and each day I do my best to navigate what is in front of me, and sometimes that meant letting go of things for the time being (yes, things like the podcast).

But as all things do, change has happened, and I am back ready to share new content with YOU (with a new spin on content too) which I am so excited about!
