Episode 23: Reflection Round-Up and What I've Learned in the Process
This week’s episode is my open and honest reflection with you about all that I have been thinking and feeling since the murder of George Floyd. I address my own reflections and how I am using these reflections to take action moving forward. My intention with this episode is to provide insight into my process for understanding how changing my behavior is where the starting point is. Change starts from within, and by sharing my own experience, my intention is to impact you to reflect on your own life, beliefs, biases and create momentum by taking action. This episode is more real and raw than I have recorded before, and I think that’s exactly what is needed right now. Honesty, expansion, and the ability for everyone to keep learning and leading. Every Single Day.
