To be honest, part of me wanted to call this episode “lessons learned during my first years as a teacher” or then I thought, maybe call it, “tips for new teachers”. But it just didn’t feel right. Because when I really thought about it, these are lessons for all educators. That’s right, ANY educator. These lessons apply to teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, administrators, they even apply to parents. These are lessons I’ve learned through the past 15 years in the field, and I am so excited to share them with you today!
