If you are having a conversation about the upcoming school year, without a doubt the word connection is probably being used! (If not, it’s time to start talking about it!) As with many topics, I think it’s so important that we break down these topics into easy to understand concepts and then build from there. This is what I’ve done in this week’s episode! Using connection as the starting point, I am sharing my thoughts on what connection is and why it’s important, and then providing strategies specific to connecting with paraprofessionals or support staff in your classroom!
